Payment in full is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. A 5% courtesy discount will be given on statements of $500 or more that are paid in full at the time of service. Office Payment Plan
This plan has an initial payment due to the office when treatment begins. The balance must be paid in two monthly payments. This payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Dental Care Credit
Get all the care needed now; take time to pay. Low monthly payments. Low interest extended payment plan available. No- interest options available. CO-signature available. Apply on-line now at their secure website or print the application, bring it with you and we will process it at our office. Good credit standing required.
