Financial
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's medical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations.

Payment in full is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. A 5% courtesy discount will be given on statements of $500 or more that are paid in full at the time of service. Office Payment Plan
This plan has an initial payment due to the office when treatment begins. The balance must be paid in two monthly payments. This payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. This plan is only available upon pre-approval and on particular treatment plans an interest rate may apply. Please call our office at 816-931-5320 for details.
Dental Care Credit
Get all the care needed now; take time to pay. Low monthly payments. Low interest extended payment plan available. No- interest options available. CO-signature available. Apply on-line now at their secure website or print the application, bring it with you and we will process it at our office. Good credit standing required.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
